Sam is responsible for managing the Company’s overall operations and reports to our Director. This includes delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the Head Office Team.

Operations Manager
Lina ensures the day-to-day operations of the stores run smoothly and is responsible for planning and organizing processes to optimize efficiency across the company. Lina develops strong relationships with suppliers and trades to foster the best possible outcomes for the business.

Operations Manager
Dim is our Compliance Officer who works with the Head Office and Managers to ensure the Company’s processes remain compliant and all regulations are adhered to, such as applying for relevant council permits. Dim also delivers an internal auditing program, reviews company policies, and advises management on possible risks. Dim also creates our Employee Training Modules which guide staff to follow and adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures.
Danielle
Admin Manager
Danielle is responsible for coordinating the company’s administration system. Danielle handles the recruitment and on-boarding of staff and manages the administrative requests from Head Office as well as directly from our CEO. This includes creating procedures to ensure the management team is well trained and confident in their abilities. Furthermore, all company reports and partner reports are conducted by Danielle.

Rebecca, Neil & Evie
Area Managers
Rebecca, Neil & Evie maintain and manage various locations, including the Store Managers and their Employees. This includes reviewing rosters, employee performance, and succession planning. Maria and Rebecca also support the Store Managers to achieve their business goals and place a focus on customer experience, profitability, workplace OHS, and operational standards. Our Area Managers also assess performance against the Company’s KPIs and key areas such as operating procedures, maintenance, and training. They report directly to the State Coordinator and work closely with the Store Managers to develop and implement sales growth, drive profit, and deliver on operational standards.
